Ava on Your Desktop (“Ava”, “we”) is a Windows desktop companion application with optional hosted AI chat and voice features.

What we collect

• Account: If you sign in with Google, we store your account identifier and display profile needed for authentication and quota.
• Usage quota: We track remaining cloud chat allowance associated with your account.
• Purchase records: Payment processors (e.g. Lemon Squeezy) process payments; we receive order status to grant Pro access.
• Optional content you send: Chat text, optional screenshots (if screen awareness is enabled), and optional microphone audio (if voice input is enabled) are sent to our hosted AI providers to generate replies. These features are opt-in in the app.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not operate advertising trackers on this marketing site.
• API keys for hosted AI stay on our servers; you are not required to paste your own keys for the default Free/Pro path.

Storage

Local memories, settings, and keys you choose to store remain on your computer. Cloud account and quota data are stored on our backend infrastructure.
